Invoicing Policy
Once the project/proposal is agreed upon, the social media fee is split between two billings and is payable as follows:
- 50% invoiced upon project approval and in advance of social media creation
- 50% invoiced upon completion and publishing of files/posts to the net +/or social platforms
Please Note: If a monthly service contract is arranged, the full contract fee is due on the 15th or 30th of each calendar month.
We accept cash, cheque, email transfer or payment online via PayPal, credit card via Square.
